Natalie D Luscombe-Marsh
Dr Natalie Luscombe-Marsh (BSc, PhD) has over 14 years of experience in designing complex clinical and community-based trials in younger and older populations, to determine the benefits of specific foods and dietary patterns, particularly those higher in protein, for improving body composition, appetite, and gut, cardio-metabolic, physical and cognitive, function. Based on the findings from her research, she has co-authored the CSIRO Low-Carb Diet books and is currently further translating the books into CSIRO endorsed ‘Low-Carb Diet meals’. Natalie contributes to the development of future business directions for numerous companies she engages with as part of her work at CSIRO, and also for MOW SA (Inc.) as a co-opted member on their Futures Committee.
